Sławomir Morawski is a football performance analyst and coach whose work sits at the intersection of tactical analysis, recruitment insight, and individual player development. With experience across multiple European football contexts, he has built a profile that blends detailed video-based scouting with on-pitch coaching interventions designed to translate analysis into actionable improvement.
He currently works as a Video Recruitment and Insights Analyst at Bolton Wanderers (since April 2024), providing individual analysis for the first team within a recruitment and insights function. This role centres on identifying player fit, profiling strengths and weaknesses, and supporting decision-making through structured video review and opponent/player intelligence.
Alongside club work, Morawski has led his own coaching and analysis project, Mindfootballness (since April 2017), delivering individual training support and analysis for professional players and teams. This platform has also positioned him as a contributor to the wider coaching community through conference speaking and player development services—reflecting a commitment to applied knowledge-sharing, not only match reporting.
