She has also held research roles at Moscow State University, including a period as a Junior Research Fellow (October 2018–October 2019), and completed doctoral-level study and research at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Her academic background includes study at Omsk State University and Lomonosov Moscow State University, aligning her applied work with a strong research-driven perspective. Fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish, Professor Grushko is well positioned to work across diverse teams and cultures.
