Dr. Nikki Crawley is a sport psychologist specialising in performance under pressure and the development of resilience in soccer. Her work blends academic training in psychology and neuroscience with applied delivery across elite youth football and high-performance programmes.
She holds an MSc in Sport Psychology (Distinction) from Brunel University of London and a 1st Class BSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from University of Sussex, with an additional study experience at University of British Columbia.
In practice, Nikki is a Performance Psychologist at Changing Minds UK (since September 2021) and an Academy Sport Psychologist at Fulham Football Club (since October 2021). Her experience also includes academy work with Chelsea FC Academy, supporting developing players as they transition through key stages of learning and performance.
Beyond football, she has provided applied sport psychology support to EF Pro Cycling (since July 2025), Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club, and England and Great Britain Hockey.
