Scott Madle is a coach–analyst and performance analysis leader with over a decade of experience in professional football across the UK and the USA. Known for combining technical coaching delivery with elite-level analysis, he has spent the majority of his career in first-team environments, supporting match preparation, tactical clarity, and player development through clear, actionable insight.
Scott is currently Technical Coach & Head of Performance Analysis at Wycombe Wanderers (since June 2025), operating in a role that bridges analysis and on-pitch coaching. Prior to this, he worked in Major League Soccer as Head of Performance Analysis at FC Cincinnati (December 2020–June 2025), leading the club’s analysis function and building the processes that support coaching staff with opposition analysis, post-match review, and performance feedback.
Before moving to the US, Scott spent over six years at Reading FC, progressing from Lead Academy Analyst (September 2013–June 2015) to Lead First Team Performance Analyst (July 2015–November 2019). This pathway reflects deep experience across both development and senior performance—supporting academy learning and then delivering first-team analysis across multiple seasons. He began his career in the professional game as an Academy Performance Analyst at Aldershot Town, building the foundational skills that later translated into senior roles.
Academically, Scott studied at the University of Chichester and holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Coaching Science. He is also qualified with the UEFA A Licence and Elite Youth A Licence, strengthening his ability to communicate analysis in coaching language and translate insight into training design and player improvement.
Fluent in English, Scott’s core expertise sits in performance analysis—specifically the coach-analyst role where video, data, and tactical understanding are turned into practical actions that improve team performance and player development.
