Nuno has over a decade of experience in football coaching, having always been connected to youth football. He started at CD Cova da Piedade, spent ten years at SL Benfica, and then moved to China, where he joined other Portuguese coaches in the junior coaching staff of Shandong Luneng.
He joined Sporting CP in the 2020/21 season and has since been part of the coaching staff of the B team, led by Filipe Çelikkaya.
